A trip to McDonalds is associated with anticipation, reward and delicious food. Whether young or old, whether Big Mac or Chicken McNuggets, whether vegetarian or meat lover. The offer is temptingly varied and large. Too big?

After winning a game, the soccer coach pulls into the McDrive with his team. "Welcome to McDonald's, your order please?"

The yelling is loud, the kids are screaming in confusion, and the coach is visibly overwhelmed. Getting a clear thought seems almost impossible.

The "Order&Pay" app launched by McDonald's, which makes uncomplicated pre-ordering possible from anywhere, provides a remedy. "No more messing up orders" is the motto here.

The spot was produced for TV, cinema, online and social media, DOOH and POS.
