Shell is one of the world's largest energy companies. Refueling, shopping, drinking coffee are all part of the diverse range of services - and often around the clock.

A driver actually just wants to fill up her car. However, this takes too long for her, and she is correspondingly impatient. Around her are hobby cyclists, a young hipster couple or a young man, all happily communicating with each other or simply smiling. All these impressions bounce off her, and she rolls her eyes in annoyance. 

Only when a young man hands her his coffee does she pause for a moment, a smile bewitching her face. Sometimes it's the little things that bring joy.
